Customization menus and options will depend on whether you are using the Windows XP Start menu or the Classic menu.  The one you use is a matter of preference. 

If you would like to change to your Start menu, right-click on the Start button and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.  This will bring up the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box with the Start Menu tab already selected.  Click the radio button next to the menu you would like to use and then click OK.
